  • Preparation of JCT tender documentation

  • Final account negotiation and completion
  • Working closely with the design team, client and employers agent

This project was faced with many challenges that had to be overcome to ensure the project continued on programme and on budget. The programme was dictated by the start of the school term meaning tight timescales and strict access had to be considered throughout. Bad weather was also a critical factor at project commencement which affected the external works and also drainage which as quantity surveyors, we ensured that costs were carefully monitored through any subsequent design changes or additional works.
